a bio...

Originally from Boise, Idaho, David ventured south in 2018 where he received his M.F.A in Acting from the University of Georgia. Some of his favorite roles include Inspector Kemp in Young Frankenstein and Ned Weeks in The Normal Heart.

He has performed regionally with Idaho Shakespeare Festival, Alley Repertory Theater (ID), Aurora Theater (ATL) and Theatrical Outfit (ATL). On Screen he booked a GUEST STAR on HBO's Watchmen and has been featured in independent films and regional commercials.

In addition to his acting career David loves to teach the craft of acting and produce community based theater. In 2021 he founded Queer Arts Athens, a community-based theater initiative in Athens, GA for LGBTQ+ performance artists. Through this he wrote and produced two original shows bringing to life original characters like Professor Q-a witty, sassy cabaret host with a love for Queer History and STU! The totally tubular 90's game show host of The Stu and You Show. A theatrical immersive experience/dance party that celebrated LGBTQ+ Identities.

I describe my style as witty, inquisitive, and a touch goofy. I aim to infuse humor and curiosity into everything I do. I'm passionate about empowering actors to create their own work and reinvigorating theatrical storytelling for today's age.
